Our online store is designed to make it easy for you to browse around or find exactly what you want. If you don't see what you want, please ask. Choose a category or search by keywords for products, then add the desired items to your shopping cart. You may view your cart at any time.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We stand behind our items, so you can shop at our store with confidence.
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us.

We offer a FULL 45 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY.
All items must be returned in the original packaging.

ALL QUILT KITS RETURNED MUST BE COMPLETE & IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR REFUND.

Books and Patterns are non-refundable.
Cut Fabric is non-refundable.
Finished Quilts are non-refundable, (except for flaws and/or damage).

If there is a problem with your order please contact us (519-669-9511). We will refund product and shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error. Please note we can't process exchanges for gift returns.

If you live in Canada there are no additional duty and/or taxes.

We are not responsible for misrepresentation of product colors due to differences in computer monitors.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES:

Packages are mailed by weight. Please understand these are only estimates and will be adjusted for your destination and package weight. If you live in Canada there are no additional duty and/or taxes.

Any customs, import duties, taxes or tariff charges that may be due in a particular country are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Quilter's Nine Patch has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.
Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.


We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

If there are any missing pieces, please contact Quilter's Nine Patch with the following information:
Your name, date of purchase, Kit name, description of fabric (i.e. colour and print), size and or shape. The missing pieces will be shipped within 5 working days.
